Elephant shelter improvement
Namaste dear friends,
In this newsletter we would like to update you on the progress of our work for the captive elephants in Nepal.
Right now, it is the monsoon season, it’s extremely hot and humid.
Most of the working elephants suffer from the heat, but unfortunately they receive only a few buckets of water per day to cool off, which is by far not enough.
Day after day, they suffer from a lack of water and are not able to drink enough to be well hydrated.
We are here on the ground, with our dedicated team, committed to make the lives of these elephants better, with innovative and necessary improvements for their well-being.
