WELCOME TO OUR ELEPHANT SANCTUARY
Opened in Feb 2024, we are a truly ethical elephant sanctuary in Chitwan Nepal, co-founded by elephant specialist Lena Quénard and local multi-talented partner Dhan Kunwar Bahadur.
Visit our beautiful sanctuary 15 minutes from Sauraha village and meet Lucky, our gorgeous rescued elephant, who before retirement spent all her life working in the riding industry.
Our peaceful sanctuary has a breathtaking view of meandering river and wild forest, and is home to a large variety of birds.
You may even have the chance to observe rhinos crossing our forest, as well!
Here, you will have an incredible experience observing and learning about elephants in their natural habitat.
